Renters pay for all utilities. Water, sewer, garbage is paid online with rent. Electric is paid to Seattle City Light. Last month's rent may be required based on screening results.
Cats and dogs are welcome, breed restrictions apply, see rental criteria for more information. Pet deposit is 25% of the base rent. The monthly pet rent is $10 per cat and $35 per dog. The maximum allowable pets per unit are two.
