-Large bedroom + attached full bathroom (not shared). Vinyl flooring in bedroom; tile in bathroom

-Can come furnished or unfurnished
-In home laundry/dryer is available
OTHER DETAILS:
-Less than a 5 minute drive to CA-78/I-15, walking distance to train (Sprinter) station, and 5 minute drive to CSUSM, restaurants and shopping centers.
-No pets (We have two very friendly dogs and unfortunately do not have space for more)
-No guests or overnight guests
-No smoking
-Kitchen is shared amongst all of us
-Living room not to be shared
Please note- the attached photos are not the actual home but instead, photos of the model home. Layout is the exact same. We have upgraded the entire house, including this bedroom that you will be renting. Will be happy to share photos of the room privately. After our home was built, we have only had one person rent out this bedroom. We have both lived with a number of roommates and understand finding the right home/room for you can be extremely stressful and difficult. We want to emphasize that we are friendly, welcoming, and want you to feel comfortable and at home! We are also looking for someone who is also friendly, respectful and not loud, clean, trustworthy, and will follow our basic house rules. (This is extremely important to us.) Preferred lease is 6 months +. But willing to be flexible depending on the circumstances. Our home is in a gated community with a pool, spa, park, and BBQ. Guest parking can be located on the street outside of the community gates.
-We have a set of house rules and will share with those that are interested.
