The available room is about 9'3" x 10'3" with a closet 2' x 5'8". All in cost (utilities and rent) is $1107 total and that price has never increased. The shared full bathroom will be between you and my other roommate.
The townhome is spacious with 3 floors, plus built-in sprinklers, alarms:

Parking is easy with parallel neighborhood/street parking. We’re next to a small shopping center/grocery store and a strip mall. The house and surroundings have security cameras, plus an automated front door lock. Since the home is on a corner, there can be some street noise.
