Rent is $5000.00 per Academic Year (August - May) with a parking fee of $35.00 per semester if you have a vehicle.
Fall Semester Lease (August - December) $2500.00 plus $300.00 Security Deposit
Spring Semester Lease (January - May) $2500.00plus $300.00 Security Deposit. Parking Fee $35.00 per semester
