We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $35.00 per month. * additional pet requirements
